Erin is a Managing Director and the General Manager of Poker Powher, a PEAK6 company, with the mission to teach one million women how to flip the table and play the game. Prior to leading Poker Powher, Erin was the Strategic Advisor to the management team at Evil Geniuses, North America’s oldest and most legendary esports organization.
Twenty years ago, Erin started her career on Wall Street when pay was secret and pregnancy was hidden. She was a Vice President at JPMorgan and then later served as an independent director on the corporate boards of Marbles: The Brain Store and Roomlinx. More recently, she worked as an adjunct professor at Whitworth University where she taught Global Strategic Management to MBA students.
As a thought leader and TEDx speaker on Equal Pay, Erin is committed to inspiring audiences to take action and create change in their communities and organizations. An avid F1 fan who cherishes her autographed Michael Schumacher gloves and Barichello racing suit, she also coaches N. Idaho XC, an elite cross-country team where she has coached 20 All-American athletes including three National Champions. Erin earned her MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and her BA from Bates College.
